1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the NetBridge E-Bills platform ("Service", "Website", "App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Services

NetBridge E-Bills provides a digital platform for the following services:

• Virtual Top-Up (VTU) of Airtime and Data for major Nigerian networks (MTN, Glo, Airtel, 9Mobile).
• Payment of Electricity Bills (Prepaid and Postpaid) for various Distribution Companies (Discos).
• Subscription to Cable TV services (DSTV, GOTV, Startimes).
• Funding of Betting Wallets (Bet9ja, 1xBet, etc.).
• Exchange of Nigerian Naira (NGN) to Chinese Yuan (RMB).
• Generation of PINs for Recharge Cards and Exam Pay (WAEC/NECO).

3. User Accounts & KYC

To use our services, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. In compliance with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations, we may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification (such as BVN or NIN) before allowing access to certain features, particularly Virtual Account generation.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or funding illegal activities. We reserve the right to suspend any account suspected of such activities and report to relevant authorities (EFCC/CBN).

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and banking details required for transactions.

2. Usage of Data

We use your data to:

• Process transactions and send notifications.
• Verify your identity and prevent fraud.
• Improve our platform services.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share necessary data with third-party service providers (e.g., sending your phone number to MTN to credit airtime) to facilitate your transactions.

1. Wallet Funding Finality

Wallet Funding is final. Once you fund your generic wallet, these funds can be used for services on the platform but cannot be withdrawn directly to a bank account without administrative approval and a processing fee.

2. Failed Transactions & Auto-Refunds

If a transaction fails (e.g., airtime not delivered), our system is designed to automatically refund your wallet pending verification from the provider. Refunds are usually processed instantly or within 24 hours.

3. Disputes

If a transaction is marked successful but you did not receive value, you must contact support within 24 hours. We will investigate with the upstream provider.

4. RMB Exchange Rates

For RMB transactions, rates are locked at the time of transaction. We are not liable for market fluctuations that occur after a transaction is completed.
